This is a sample produced by the mold of an electric tool shell processed by our company to help customers. This product features double shot injection molding. The hard rubber material is ABS, and the software material is TPU. The product structure is very complex and the injection molding is twice. The mold processing and production are very difficult. But through the efforts of all the staff of our company, all the problems were overcome one by one, and the mold production was smooth. As soon as the sample is sent to the customer, it passes the performance test quickly and gets great praise from the customer.
